JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-12-2017 Counsel for the respondents brings to the notice of this Court Annexure B dated 6.7.2014 to the effect that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment was being considered by the respondent no.2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the said letter dated 6.7.2014, he would pursue the matter before respondent no.2.

Needless to state that respondent no.2 would be obliged to examine the case of the petitioner and pass final order in accordance with law and the rules of the Department. The exercise must be completed within 8 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
