The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the only allegation against him is that he was present at the place of occurrence. However, he is not said to have taken any positive role in the occurrence which led to the death of the child. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32417 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S.
