JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Buxar Mahila Police Station Case No. 65 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498(A), 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the parties has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute by process of mediation vide Mediation Proceeding No. 318 of 2017 before the Patna High Court Mediation & Reconciliation Centre, Patna, which is evident from mediation report at flag-M. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.52143 of 2016 (4) dt.18-07-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar Mahila Police Station Case No. 65 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
