Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that allegation of committing fraud regarding sale of the land is upon co-accused Shabnam Parveen and Shaheen Praveen, who have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 2. So far the petitioner is concerned, allegation against him is of snatching of a wrist watch which is ornamental in nature Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26430 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 from today in Phulwari Sharif P.S. case no.384 of 2015, the above named petitioner, Mahboob Alam shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Seema Eram, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Patna District Patna subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
