JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 07-12-2016 The present is a petition for review of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 09th of October, 2009, wherein it was held that the findings recorded by the learned Single Bench are findings of fact and no question of law arises in the appeal. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and find no error apparent on record which may warrant review of the order. The learned Single Bench has recorded a finding that the Ceiling Authority has passed an order on the basis of an enquiry which has become final. Admittedly, the petitioners, respondents in the writ application, have not disputed the order passed by the Ceiling Authority. Therefore, the order of the learned Single Bench cannot be said to be suffering from any error apparent on record which may warrant review of the order passed by the Division Bench.
