The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing causing injury on his head.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and the injury report does not show that she got fire armed injury and the petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45467 of 2018 (3) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
