The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 2080 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 136 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Section 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific allegation is against the husband of the deceased. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation alleged against the petitioner and

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 2080 of 2016 corresponding Sessions Trial No. 136 of 2017, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
