JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The prosecution case is that the informant claims to have married with the petitioner and marriage was registered at Darbhanga vide Marriage Registration No. 221 dated 23.12.2015. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner disputes the factum of marriage and under RTI enquiry, the Information Officer cum District Sub-Registrar, Darbhanga vide letter dated 18.05.2016 intimated that no such marriage was registered.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
