JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The trial court has reported that case is pending for defence and argument and, therefore, in view of the aforesaid report, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 606 of 2013 arising out of Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sheikhpura is again rejected.

However, learned trial court must conclude the trial of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36659 of 2017 (3) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the matter shall be viewed seriously.
