The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (A) and 30 (G) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that as per allegation, 17 litres of foreign liquor were recovered from near the house of the petitioner. It is further contended that he has been named subsequently in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2017 registered under Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Act except the same he has not been made accused in any other case. It is also contended that the petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2017.

No.36401 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
