1. Though the present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Desari P.S. Case No.271 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur, within a period of four weeks from today, and apply for regular bail, nonetheless, seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and decide the regular bail petition to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day. It is directed accordingly.
