The prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the whole selection process itself for appointment on the post of Peon/Watchman on the basis of advertisement dated 28.06.2014 as contained in Annexure-3 seems to be completely misconceived and untenable.

The writ petition is devoid of any merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
