JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 374 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No. 144 of 2018) instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case charge sheet has already been submitted by the police for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, but there is no injury report available in the case diary. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that charge has been framed against the petitioner.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted daughter of the informant causing injury to her.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45441 of 2018 (4) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 Petitioner is said to be in custody since17.8.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Patna, in connection with Dhanarua P.S.
