2. The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 28.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.19942 of 2024.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the miss-communication made by the pairwikar of this case, wrong case number has been inserted in paragraph 3 of the bail application i.e., Sadar P.S. Case No.833 of 2023 in place of Sadar P.S. Case No.833 of 2021.

4. Counsel further submits that upon getting information of correct number, the petitioner has filed the present application and submits that in the said order,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48600 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 particularly in paragraph 2/2 of bail order, Sadar P.S. Case No.833 of 2023 may be corrected as Sadar P.S. Case No.833 of 2021.

5. Counsel further submits that the case in which the petitioner has sought bail, is Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.601 of 2023 which has correctly written in paragraph 2, but in paragraph 6 in second last line of the order, Hajipur P.S. Case No.451 of 2022 has been typed inadvertently.

6. In the light of the submissions made, let the present modification application is hereby allowed, directing that in paragraph 3 of the bail petition, Sadar P.S. Case No.833 of 2023 may be read as Sadar P.S. Case No.833 of 2021 and in second last line of paragraph 6 of the order, Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.451 of 2022 shall be read as Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.601 of 2023.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the present modification application is hereby allowed.
