2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 336, 427, 379, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of wife of informant, namely Samima Khatoon, with bricks due to which she sustained head injuries and fell on the ground. Doctor has found the injuries grievous in nature.
