The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 147 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been rejected twice by this Court. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.1206/2017 from the Court of learned C.J.M.,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6743 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 Rohtas at Sasaram.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
