JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 19.04.2013 at 5:00 P.M when the informant along with his father and brother went to watch wheat crop petitioner No. 2 assaulted with garasa. Thereafter petitioner No. 2 called his father, brothers and others and thereafter all the accused persons assaulted the informant and his father and brother. The accused persons took away the mobile of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and the injuries have been found to be superficial, simple in nature.

Case No. 94 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
