The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under sections 395 of the IPC. Allegation in the FIR is that three unknown persons came to the shop of the informant and took away his cash box on the point of the pistol. The petitioner submits that his name has come in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused during the investigation. No recovery has been made from his possession nor he has been put on TI parade and the petitioner is in custody since 9.6.2017. Charge sheet has also been submitted in the case. In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sherghati at Gaya in Imamganj Police station Case No. 15 of 2005.
