For the reasons mentioned in the present petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 6845 of 2012 is directed to be restored to its original file subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

The petition stands allowed with the aforesaid directions.
