From his own showing as well as from the impugned order, it appears, the petitioners are enjoying the privilege of police bail granted by the Police (investigating agency) Seen thus, the application for grant of anticipatory bail was disposed of by the learned Sessions Judge as not maintainable.

Counsel for the petitioners has prayed for disposal of the case in the light of order passed in 2004 (3) PLJR 491 (Mahendra Prasad Gupta vs. The State of Bihar).

I accordingly dispose of the application permitting the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25930 of 2016 (2) dt.04-07-2016 2/2 petitioner to seek protection of the Court in the light of order passed in 2004 (3) PLJR 491.
