The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020 registered under Sections 461 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 39495 of 2020 and 9476 of 2021 on 27.10.2021 and 21.12.2021 respectively.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4376 of 2021(13) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
