2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2022 dated 11.06.2022 lodged under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, F.I.R. has been lodged against six named accused persons including the present petitioner about killing of informant's daughter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that in F.I.R. there is general and omnibous allegation of demand of dowry and for killing of the deceased. Counsel further submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and she is in custody since 16.01.2023 whereas the husband of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42478 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 deceased has already surrendered and he is in custody since 08.08.2022.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 180 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
7. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
