The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 96 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.05.2023.

It is alleged that injured was assaulted by five persons. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner tried to save the injured and brought inside in his Saw Mill.

Considering the fact and period of custody, the

No.42392 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 96 of 2023.
