On 01.03.2011 and 08.07.2013, at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned. On 11.11.2013, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner, and the Court had adjourned the matter. On 10.07.2014 also nobody had appeared and the matter was dismissed, but later on restored.

Today also when the Court called upon learned counsel to assist, he expressed his inability and prayed for time.
