Three petitioners, who are named as accused in the F.I.R. apprehending their arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31831 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 that there was land dispute in between the parties and even in the F.I.R. there is no specific accusation save and except that there is allegation which is general in nature. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
