Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of normal functioning of the court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation against the petitioner is that he along with Shankar Yadav have assaulted the informant by means of lathi and iron rod.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides are received injury. He submits that both parties are next door neighbour and some altercation was made due to the land dispute. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 29.06.2020. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono (Charka Pathar) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020.
