05-11-2015 On call, a prayer is being made on behalf of petitioner for adjourning the case. Learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 18 submits that the grievance, which was raised in the present writ petition, has already been redressed. He submits that the present writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on the basis of recommendation made by the compassionate appointment committee. He submits that in paragraph - 7 of the counter affidavit, it has been indicated that the petitioner has already been appointed as peon on compassionate ground and posted at Sir G.D.Patliputra High School, Kadamkuan, Patna and she has already given her joining on 13-05-2015.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4992 of 2011 (3) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 I have also perused the counter affidavit, wherein, it has been indicated that the petitioner has already been appointed on compassionate ground. Accordingly, there is no need to adjourn the matter.

The writ petition stands disposed of with an indication that if subsequently, the petitioner feels that incorrect statement was made in the counter affidavit, the petitioner would be at liberty to get the petition listed after filing a mentioning slip, but it must be done within a period of eight weeks from today.
