JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Let the date of Order no.9, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 3353/2014 be read as 14.8.2014 in place of 25.8.2014, which is a typographical mistake.

The petitioner, by filing instant modification petition, submits that on 14.8.2014 while disposing of the writ petition, namely, C.W.J.C.No. 3353 of 2014, the Court had also observed that in case the petitioner files representation before the respondents, the same would be disposed of within four weeks. However, this fact has not been mentioned in the order, which observation has not been incorporated in the order sheet.

Patna High Court MJC No.4943 of 2014 (2) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 Counsel for the other side has not objection to the same.

In the circumstances, in continuance of order dated 14.8.2014, this Court further observes that if the petitioner files a representation before the respondents in terms of order dated 14.8.2014, the same would be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
