Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019 for the offence under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and nothing was recovered from his possession and he has remained in custody for more than one year, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
