The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Mufassil) P.S.Case No. 1313 of 2017 registered under Sections 323,341,354,504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code and Section 8 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Accusation in brief is that prosecutrix's mother had illicit affair with the petitioner, one day her mother sent her with the petitioner for visiting a fair and it is alleged that petitioner tried to outrage her modesty.

Submission is that accusation is false and petitioner has been falsely implicated because mother had illicit affair with the petitioner and has been in custody for more than 08 months and there is no substantive progress in the trial.

No.24454 of 2018(6) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Soniya Dom, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sasaram, District- Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 1313 of 2017.
