1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Senior counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. This Court has tried to settle the disputes between the parties. It seems that the parties are not ready to settle.

3. In these circumstances, the case is heard of merits.

4. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere in the order taking cognizance.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.

6. In the petitioner wants, he may move the Trial Court to settle the dispute between the parties.
