The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 1999.
It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the complainant and bused her by calling as a 'Witch' on the suspicion that the complainant has played witch craft on Situ Kumar, as a result, he suffered from some ailment. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that maliciously the accusation has been levelled. Moreover, a

Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No.1210C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
