From the order-sheet of learned Court below, it appears that those who are on bail are avoiding trial and the Court below is granting adjournment after adjournment. Witnesses were summoned on 10.12.2019 but till date, witnesses have not been examined. In the aforesaid circumstances, the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to ensure examination of all the prosecution witnesses at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months
