The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tajpur Halai P.S. Case No. 03 of 2020 registered under Sections 314, 316, 323, 420, 493 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 (POCSO).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against the co-accused persons. Petitioners are ladies and have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 03 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
