The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner was appointed as teacher on the fake certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that during the course of verification of the certificate, the petitioner was found appointed on fake certificate but the petitioner had already tendered his resignation from the contract post of Nagar teacher and subsequently he gave his resignation in the year 2019 and he was again appointed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52020 of 2021(2) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 regular Urdu Teacher on valid and genuine documents as such, the alleged offences are not applicable against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 279 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
