JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under sections 304B, 120B/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a cousin bhaisur of the deceased living separately since long. There is no allegation against him that he demanded dowry. He has been implicated in the instant case only on suspicion. The investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been submitted. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner has no antecedent prior to this case on is in custody since 3.4.2017.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, as mentioned above, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
