The petitioner seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.368 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 8(c)/20(b)(ii)/B/27(A) of the NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that other accused persons who have been arrested having also found in possession of Ganza and investigation is going on and the petitioner is absconding in case relating to N.D.P.S. Act, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
