This is an application for bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft at railway station and he was arrested on spot and further it appears that he is accused in four other cases.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been arrested on spot but he has remained in custody for about four and half months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47239 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Railway Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No.158 of 2017 subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties in the jurisdiction of court concerned and also on condition that prior to releasing the petitioner his address and bailor's address must be verified.
(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date and on failure to appear on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine ground or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
(3) The petitioner will mark the attendance in the local police station in first week of every month or at least one year, whichever is earlier, so that police may watch his conduct during the period, failing which his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
