2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 262 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 123 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the wife of the deceased, is alleged to have killed her husband by administering poison. The petitioner has confessed her guilt and poison was found in the viscera report of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
