The petitioner questions the membership list prepared by the respondent-Chairman along with the Block Cooperative Extension Officer. According to the petitioner 200 members including the petitioner have been left out by the Block Cooperative Extension Officer from the membership list being influenced by the Chairman of the Society.

In my opinion, the remedy for the petitioner for the issue raised lies before the authority under the Bihar Cooperative

Patna High Court CWJC No.16419 of 2014 (2) dt.22-12-2015 Societies Act by raising a dispute and the petitioner, if so advised, may take recourse thereto.

The writ petition is disposed of.
