JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 Heard Sri Ajeet Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Basantpur P.S. Case no.78/2015 registered for the offence under Sections 148,149, 341, 323, 324, 332 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the alleged date of occurrence, there was no prohibitory order, even then on false accusation, the case was lodged showing that the petitioner participated in the occurrence. In the F.I.R. the petitioner is named as one of the accused and there is specific accusation against the petitioner.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is named accused in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation, I do
