It has further been submitted that the relief sought for in the present writ application has already been decided by the Apex Court.
The petitioner is directed to file a representation enclosing all the documents before the Respondent No.4 i.e. The Vice Chancellor, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura. The Respondent No.4 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in
