JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 Due to inadvertent typographical error, the Counsel submits that in the prayer portion, the description of the Court has wrongly been typed as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka." Under such circumstances, the said error got reflected in the order dated 21.08.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No.40116 of 2020, allowing petitioner's prayer for bail.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the description of the Court at page 3 of the order dated 21.08.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No.40116 of 2020 be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka" in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur".

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51476 of 2021(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 The order dated 21.08.2021 shall stand modified accordingly.

The application stands allowed.

This Court would expect that the petitioner's counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of the requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) PNM U T
