This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 167 of 2023 registered under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 31, 41, 42, 52 of the Indian Forest Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one container of Gambhar Wood. The driver did not produce any document about the ownership etc of the wood. The petitioner was found sitting in the truck.

The petitioners are resident of East Champaran where as the main accused are resident of Uttar Pradesh. Petitioners are in custody since 07.04.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of S.D.M., Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S.
