Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 472, 273, 279, 353, 337,120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39413 of 2020(7) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, West Champaran in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
