JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 The present petition has been filed on behalf of four accused persons under Section 482 of the Code Of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash an order dated 19.5.2012 passed by learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in Complaint Case No. 707 of 2011. By the said order learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Sri Gauri Shankar Gupta, learned A.P.P. submits that in the order of cognizance, there is no apparent error. I have perused the impugned order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32928 of 2012 (4) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 I do not find any defect.

The petition stands dismissed.
