JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 After some argument, Sri Bhola Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned A.P.P. as well as Sri Bimal Kumar, learned counsel who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of the informant makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that, the petitioner may surrender before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also pointed out that in the present case one of the co-accused has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands disposed of with observation that if within a period of six weeks from today the petitioner surrenders and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court
