KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 123 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 304, 304A, 337, 338 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of negligent and rash driving. Petitioner is a bus driver and met an accident with an auto coming from the opposite side resulted in casualty of passengers and injured were admitted to hospital. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, XII cum Sub-Judge XIV, Vaishali, at Hazipur, in connection with Sarai P.S. Case no. 123 of 2017.
