JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 Petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner for getting appointed as ANM on the basis of forged nursing certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was never appointed as ANM and petitioner has minor children.

Taking in view of the fact that earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 10456 of 2014, this Court is not inclined to interfere. However, keeping in view of the fact that petitioner was actually not appointed and is a lady, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26998 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No. 203 of 2011, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar. With the observations above, the application stands disposed of.
