JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 25.01.2014 (Annexure-12) passed in Case No.869/2011 by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3666 of 2014 (3) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Madhubani which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
